Senior Administrator - Talking Therapies (IAPTs)
Salary: £20,000 to £22,000
Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to be part of our forward thinking NHS independent provider. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is wanting more than a standard administration role. You will be responsible for leading our highly effective administration team for our Talking Therapies Service.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills and proven organisational skills. This is an important role and you will be required to work to tight deadlines and manage a varied workload. You will be required to liaise with patients, GPs, therapists and external agencies as well as provide leadership and line management supervision to our administration team.
It is essential that you possess excellent IT skills with a wealth of administration and organisation experience. You will be an excellent team player but also able to work independently and have fexibility, with a high level of commitment.
The post would suit someone looking to progress their administrative career.

CBT / High Intensity Therapist
Salary: £31,000 + 5% Fringe benefit
DHC Talking Therapies is a successful, dynamic and growing service and we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team.

You will be part of a multi-professional workforce that will significantly increase access to treatment for people with depression, anxiety and other common mental health conditions, within a community setting.
We wish to recruit High Intensity Therapists to work as part of the IAPT programme across Surrey as required, mainly working within our North West Surrey and Guildford & Waverley team. You will be enthusiastic, hard-working and have the capability to meet specified targets.
The post-holder will work within the IAPT service providing high intensity interventions. The post-holder will provide cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to clients with a range of complex problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective.
DHC is a patient focused and pro-active community based provider and have strong links with both GPs and other colleagues in secondary care mental health. We have a strong commitment to delivering high quality community oriented services, and to working in partnership with service users, carers, health and social care agencies and voluntary agencies.
We are a dynamic, supportive and creative service, who provide a high level of training and supervision to clinical practitioners at all levels.
