Team Leader IAPT

Salary: £38,500 to £43,900

Our forward thinking company is looking to recruit a dynamic people led Team Leader to drive performance of our rapidly growing IAPT service.

DHC is a dynamic independent provider of NHS services throughout Surrey and Sussex. These include out-patients, psychological therapies, diagnostics and minor surgery. We are a constantly evolving organisation with a real ethos for quality and local services for patients. A ‘can do’ attitude is a vital asset at DHC and we are looking for like-minded individuals to work with us who share the same approach and work ethic.

The role:

The Team Leader role offers an enthusiastic and innovative individual an opportunity to help develop and grow an exciting IAPT service. This is a key role within DHC, supporting the Service Manager, Clinical Lead and existing Team Leader to deliver an exceptional quality, cost effective IAPT service

The post holder requires developed clinical expertise/experience, ability to manage operational aspects of the team alongside a passion for excellence and the ability to motivate, lead and develop others. The post will carry responsibility supporting both the Service Manager and Clinical Lead to ensure that DHC’s IAPT service runs smoothly and provides high quality, accessible interventions for all patients.

The Person:

We are seeking an accredited therapist with post qualifying clinical work in NHS or similar settings. You will also have experience of clinical supervision and training, ideally with experience of working as a Team Lead demonstrating best practice as an example to the team. The ideal candidate will use their knowledge and experience to develop the wider team and support the growth of the service

CBT / High Intensity Therapist

Location: Surrey

Salary: £31,000 + 5% Fringe benefit

You will be part of a multi-professional workforce that will significantly increase access to treatment for people with depression, anxiety and other common mental health conditions, within a community setting.

We wish to recruit High Intensity Therapists to work as part of the IAPT programme across Surrey as required, mainly working within our North West Surrey and Guildford & Waverley team. You will be enthusiastic, hard-working and have the capability to meet specified targets.

The post-holder will work within the IAPT service providing high intensity interventions. The post-holder will provide cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to clients with a range of complex problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective.

DHC is a patient focused and pro-active community based provider and have strong links with both GPs and other colleagues in secondary care mental health. We have a strong commitment to delivering high quality community oriented services, and to working in partnership with service users, carers, health and social care agencies and voluntary agencies.

We are a dynamic, supportive and creative service, who provide a high level of training and supervision to clinical practitioners at all levels.

  • Educated to degree level

The successful candidates will join an established, experienced and well supported team working to maintain DHC IAPT Service’s excellent reputation within our local Surrey catchment areas.

We provide regular clinical supervision as well as excellent CPD opportunities.
